The Dynamic Skating School’s (DSS) goal is to develop the maximum efficiency generated in each and every skating stride. The DSS is focused training where skaters will develop proper technique, producing a more efficient and productive skater, resulting in a more effective hockey player.

Total Hockey Minnesota is offering "Breakfast On-Ice" clinics for players looking to build their skating and stick handling skills before school. The program is open for Advanced Mites/U8, Squirt/U10, and Peewee/U12 level players.

Skills sessions designed for ages 7-14.
Strength and Conditioning sessions designed for ages 12 and older.
The Fusion Development Program is designed for the more advanced mite level player, looking for a challenging development program in the off-season. 2007-2009 hockey players are eligible to tryout for our Fusion Development Teams.
