Drew Stafford of the Buffalo Sabres

The Intense Hockey Training Project strives to help take hockey players to their next level, and to help them stay there.

Individual & Small Group Strength and Conditioning Training

The strength and conditioning program is the rock on which the total hockey player is built!  Our strength and conditioning program here at THMN rivals no one!  We focus on developing every players physical strength, speed, quickness, endurance and overall athleticism.

Individual & Small Group Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) Training

Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) training is used to improve a player’s athleticism, which acts as a cornerstone when building a great hockey player.  This is done using different drills that target a player’s ability to move their feet and subsequently their bodies quickly and efficiently through space.

Individual & Small Group On-ice Instruction

THMN’s on-ice instruction provides individual players and small groups the opportunity to participate in a structured hockey practice tailored to meet each player’s needs.  The objective of these private on-ice sessions is to further reinforce the foundational skills of each player, while, at the same time, continuing to build on that foundation.

Goaltender Training

Our goaltending instruction is provided by Zach Sikich and his outstanding staff at Prohybrid Goalie Training.  The Prohybrid mission is to develop intelligent athletes who are consistent goaltenders with passion and pride for the position.  Please visit the Prohybrid website at www.prohybridtraining.com for information on their outstanding programs.
